Most of the translation projects were put 'on hold' or cancelled once the remake for the Vita was announced to be coming to the West, which is due out in November of this year. Most 'patched' ROMs that you'll find for the game are a 'demo' patch only, with only a small fragment of the game in English and the rest in Japanese. So no one has a complete English version of the game, it doesn't exist. Anyone who says they do probably has the download laced with viruses and other malware. Seriously google would've told you most of this. Lightcycle was correct in saying come back in 2016. Was following the 'main' translation project pretty heavily as well as a few offshoots that basically gave up after some apparent coding issues with English versus Japanese text, mainly for artes and stuff. I expect that by 2016 there will be someone who has studied the way the localization for Vita was done and figures out how to do an awesome translation for the DS version for those that don't have or don't want the Vita one.
