Hi there, The error comes up every time I try to open a particular application. The application is one we got programmed to log in work and track progress and report and memorize jobs completed. We already have it working ok on win10 / 64 and also office 2016. The error does not occur when other office applications are opened. Its a new PC and it occurs when I try to open an application that uses Access. This error occurred when I put the application onto my laptop some months back but after downloading a recommended 32 to 64 bit conversion program it worked ok.

I've got win10 / 64bit and a new version of office 2016. Konica Minolta Bizhub C451 Driver there. Thanks for the reply.
